Dr. Peggy Answers Your Health Questions on The Radio
By: Dr. Peggy Malone
Many of you have been following my blog or reading my newsletter for some time.
If you have, you’ll know that I have been passing on information and inspiration about various topics within health, wellness, fitness, nutrition and athletics.
Through of all of these topics, it is my hope that you will be motivated to learn more about your body and your current state of health and wellness.
It is also my hope that you will be inspired to take personal responsibility for your health and wellness and make changes to be even healthier than you currently are.
I am still exploring my own journey toward healthier and happier for my family and I, and I hope that you are finding it interesting coming along for the ride
This week I am excited to announce that I will be starting a weekly Blog Talk Radio show called ‘Wellness Wednesdays with Dr. Peggy’
Every Wednesday, I’ll be live on Blog Talk Radio discussing a relevant health subject to give you even more information to use in your library of health and wellness tips and strategies.
The coolest thing about this show is that you will have an opportunity for 10-15 minutes at the end of each show to talk to me live to ask me your most pertinent health and wellness questions.
I would love it if you would join me this Wednesday March 14 at 6:30pm for the first episode of Wellness Wednesdays with Dr. Peggy.
It will be a great way for you to hear my story and a look forward at what to expect each Wednesday when we explore various health and wellness topics.
Looking forward to helping you take the next step on your journey toward healthier and happier.
Live Well,
Peggy
ps. If you can't be live on the call, you can always access the recording afterward at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/drpeggymalone
