You Want To Be Better…But Why? – 122

 

In Episode 122 Jenny and I ask: “Why do you want to be better?”.  What is the ‘Why’ that fuels your goals and dreams?  To help us to figure out the answer to these important questions, we dig into an exercise known as the 7 Levels Deep exercise.

Jenny shares that her why is related to her desire to model healthy behaviour for her son and then I share a very personal story that I’ve never really talked about publicly before that is a big part of what fuels my big dreams.  

In Ooh Me Likey, I’m into camping and Jenny is into a very topical documentary on Netflix that relates to my challenges with Twitter and  the doomscroll.

In You Win or You Learn, Jenny’s win relates to a habit streak with getting her body moving and my learn is once again related to the afore mentioned doomscroll.
