What You Think About Most of The Time is a Habit – 147
In Episode 147 I want to encourage you to think about the fact that your thoughts and how you talk to yourself are habits that you can change. What you think about most of the time is a habit.
What you think about and talk about most of the time will most likely show up in your life.
If that’s true….and I believe it is…..it is vital that we create the habit of tuning into the thoughts that we think and if they are not serving us or if they are negative…..we need to change them up. The good news is that we can. You are creating the thoughts that you think and you can decide to think a new thought any time you want.
Think about the way that you talk to yourself. Essentially it is just the thoughts that you think more focused on your own behaviour or being.
The way that you talk to yourself creates your beliefs and your beliefs show up in your life as your habits and behaviours.
If you speak to yourself positively and encouragingly then you will create positive beliefs and you will then find that you have more positive habits and behaviours that lead to a more successful life.
This success can include good health and good relationships as well as success in your career or any other positive outcome that you desire.
