Key Quotes:

Now it’s time for us to wrap it up for this month and this year. But don’t worry!! It doesn’t mean we are going away. We are just going to take this opportunity at one year of podcasting to shake things up just slightly. We want to give you an idea of what to expect as we jump into our 2nd year.

We have spent a year talking about these monthly challenges that we’ve been undertaking and what we have learned from that process. As we move forward, we are still going to be talking about habits and all the things that help us to become better humans, but we are going to move away from the ‘monthly challenge’ format into one that will allow us to jam about whatever is on our minds from week to week.

This isn’t to say that we’ll never do a monthly challenge again, because we still have some cool ideas as options in the future where we can revisit a 30 day challenge…..especially if we need a reset in one or more of the habits we are working on. We will talk: self improvement, habits, health and what we are diggin’ (as always). We will ask you to play along with us as we challenge ourselves each week to try something that makes us better or moves the needle in some cool way. We will continue to share our wins and learns and we’ll even pass on some great recipes as we up our meal prep and cooking game.

We will be reaching out to other podcasts, experts and friends and as a result we will be sharing more content that includes interviews and opinions of others. If you know of anyone that you’d like to hear from or have us interview….let us know. We are going to be open to see where this year takes us on our Improvement journey and we want you to come with us and enjoy the ride.

Share your thoughts… We’d love to hear from you!
