Key Quotes:

‘In a world that can seem to be dominated by bad news and negativity, focusing on the good can feel like a herculean challenge. While we can’t change what is happening in the world, we have more control over our own minds than we give ourselves credit for. By tapping into the ways in which we can shape our thoughts we can ensure that we are focused on the desired thought processes, leading us to a happier, healthier life. ‘ -Peggy

‘There are many different ways to bring a gratitude practice into your life. For February, we are going to commit to a gratitude practice to help our minds create a daily focus on being thankful, and hopefully even rewire our brains to look for the positive.’ – Jenny
