In Episode 130 of The Improvement Project podcast I’m joined by Kelli Youngman of Kelli Youngman Wellness. She and I discuss how you can wake up loving your life by building a morning routine into your day.
Kelli Youngman is a Coach living in New York City. She is also a professional dancer and has performed on Broadway in Anastasia and The King and I. She recently started her business, Kelli Youngman Wellness to share her vision of Wellness through Worthiness. Along with coaching 1:1 clients, she will be launching a digital course in January 2021 called The Performers Plan to help performers manage their mind, body, and money to create the career they desire.
Kelli plays along with me in the ‘What Are You Into?’ segment this week. I’m into a ‘definitely-not-for-kids’ show on Netflix called Big Mouth and Kelli shares a really cool exercise to change up your thought patterns and create new beliefs for yourself where you can ‘drink in’ and ingest the new beliefs in a really neat way.
