Dear Peggy, Thank you so much for this piece on gratitude. I do try to be aware of my good fortunes on a daily basis, but the idea of levels 3,4 and 5 are so full of possibilities. Finding a way to be grateful for the challenges in life (and they are inevitable) is so hopeful! You have inspired me to look further into this concept!
