On this episode 29, Jenny and I check in with one another to see how our bedtime and wake up time challenge is going.  Then we discuss our morning routines and how they are helpful to improving our daily success.  

We both choose a word that will be our guide for 2019 and help us as we tackle our goals.

I’m diggin’  a TV Show called Brooklyn 99 and Jenny is diggin’ a podcast called The Robcast .  Jenny’s win is related to being consistent with her daily treadmill walking habit and my learn is that John and I still haven’t gone back to the gym.
