September Means Let’s Get Back to Routine – 115
In episode 115 of The Improvement Project podcast we are celebrating (maybe?) that it’s September and that means that it’s time to get back to routine!
Believe it or not, we are into September. We finished up the last of our Summer Shorts episodes last week and we are getting back to routine and back to our regular longer episodes.
Our online pretend best friend Gretchen Rubin says that September is another January and we love this concept and want to reiterate what this means to us as we get going in September of 2020. We are attempting to get to the end of the never ending weekend that many of us have fallen into since the beginning of Covid times and take control of our habits and routines in these weird, still not 100% normal times.
In Ooh Me Likey, I’m into a book and Jenny’s liking a TV show that feels like an escape.
In You Win or You Learn my win is related to trying to tame the never-ending doom scroll and Jenny’s learn is also social media and tech related.
