Yoda Olinyk is the chef and owner of Yoda’s Kitchen in London, Ontario. She makes healthy food from scratch, with local ingredients and lots of love! When she’s not cooking, she is working on her first book – Salt and Sour – and loves spending time in nature with her dog Gnowee (“Now-eee”), at the beach or with family.
