In Episode 125 I am welcoming back a special guest to help me discuss the technique of time blocking to increase productivity.
Jayme Henderson is a fabulous registered Massage Therapist, Yoga teacher and entrepreneur extraordinaire.
You may remember Jayme from way back in Episode 89 where we discussed one of her businesses GUTSY. We will remind you today about what that is and so much more.
Now you know that I have created a bunch of different accountability partnerships to keep me on track and Jayme and I chat each week to help keep each other on track with our entrepreneurial projects.
One of the things that she and I can agree on is that we are both looking for a way to consistently be more productive and we both want to use our time more efficiently to get things done.
As a result, today Jayme and I are going to explore the concept of Time Blocking as a way to up level productivity for both of us.
