How to pay for your chiropractic appointment:
- Send me an e-transfer to peggylmalone@hotmail.com (this email has direct deposit so no password will be necessary)
- Pay me with cash or cheque in the office during your appointment
Payment is due at or before the time of your service.
I will provide you an official receipt for your appointment for tax or insurance purposes via email
Also please take note: Any appointments miss or cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee
