Outer Order Contributes to Inner Calm – 111

Episode 111 of The Improvement Project is the fifth episode of our “Summer Shorts” shorter summer episodes.

Today we discuss the concept that outer order contributes to inner calm. When your environment is clean and tidy and orderly, your emotional environment often follows suit and helps you to feel calmer.  This is certainly the case for me and I notice this phenomenon more and more as I get older.

And as always for our summer shorts episodes, you’ll also get to hear my husband John’s voice as he helps us out with our intro.
