In Episode 105 we discuss the concept of motion vs action that I learned from our online pretend best friend James Clear.  We are also going to wrap up our June Exercise challenge. 

In Ooh Me Likey, Jenny’s loving the second season of a TV show she’s into and I’m liking a book even though it’s shrouded in some controversy.

In You Win or You Learn:  We decided to both pick wins this week….because we make the rules!  My win is related to better sleep and Jenny’s is related to her ongoing love/hate relationship with diet pop.
