The Improvement project was my very first podcast over 3 yrs ago. I looked forward to the Thursday morning email and saved them up for my daily walks. I found my way to other podcast via guest speakers or Peggy’s “online pretend best friend” list.
Peggy has a voice that draws you in. She speaks authentically and from the heart. The topics and co-hosts, guest speakers and interviews have kept me captivated from the my first listen.
Without this podcast and others, the pandemic would have done me in. I was able to destress, learn and laugh as I walked kilometer after kilometer every day.
I love listening and seeing the changes in Peggy, her format and the life decisions /directions she has taken. Spending time with those who inspire and motivate us, in person or in our ears is one positive step to finding balance in life. Namaste! Wendy
