Dr. Peggy on Set at Rogers

I have some really exciting news to share today!

I have been working with Rogers Television, the cable company in my local area to put together a 13 part television series on Health and Wellness.

As Community Producer and Host, I have recruited the efforts of health care providers and local experts in my area to help inspire you to take control of your health and wellness and make better choices to help improve your quality of life.

The show is called ‘Living Well’ and will be premiering on Tuesday July 19th at 8:30pm on Rogers Cable 13 in St. Thomas.

For those of you not in my local area, I will be posting clips of the show as well as giving a recap on the blog following each episode.

Check out the following press release for more details: Living Well Media Release

Take a look at the following video for a few more details:

The survey questions I mentioned in the video are as follows:

-What does Wellness mean to you?

-Who is responsible for your health and wellness?

-How do you feel about your current level of health and wellness and are you looking to make any changes?

Please post your answers below in the comments or head over to my Facebook wall and let me know there.

All too often we don’t think about our health and wellness until something goes wrong. Let’s change that together!

Starting next week, I’ll have a great tool available to help you do just that.

I have put together a 21-Day Health Challenge that will take you through daily action steps and strategies on your way to better health and wellness.

Stay tuned for more details.

Have a great day and until next time,

Live Well

Peggy
