June Exercise Challenge Check In – 102

   

In Episode 102, we are doing a June Exercise Challenge check in. For June, we challenged each other, and you if you’re feeling up to it, to get moving everyday for 20-30 minutes. This can look like walking outside, riding a bike, doing yoga from a video etc. Now that we are into June, we wanted to check in with each other to see what kind of a start we are off to and talk about strategies that are helping us.

In ‘Ooh Me Likey’ Jenny is liking healthy fresh fast food and I’m liking getting into the garden

In ‘You Win or You Learn’ my win relates to being able to get back to work as a chiropractor and Jenny’s win relates to using the strategy of pairing to get going consistently with her exercise habit this month.  My learn is that exercise is good for me (who knew!) and Jenny’s learn has to do, once again, with her ongoing battle with Diet pop.
