Kathryn White is an entrepreneur living in St. Thomas, On with her best friend and husband of almost 25 years, John.
She is the very proud mother of two amazing young men, Jackson and Joshua.

After almost 20 years as a public school teacher, Kathryn was inspired to change her professional calling following a serious health crisis.

She is the owner of Thrive Nutrition and Yoga where she offers one on one lifestyle coaching, culinary nutrition workshops, private and group yoga classes, and is getting ready to launch her signature online course Living to Thrive in February 2021.

She recently took her passion of healthy eating and living and created the Living to Thrive Podcast.

In ‘What are You Into Lately?’, I’m into a book and Kathryn shares a TV show that is her favourite.
