Today’s episode is episode 127 of The Improvement Project podcast and since today is American Thanksgiving, I want to revisit a habit that Jenny and I have discussed regularly on the podcast and that is the habit of gratitude.

We have discussed gratitude several times in the past on the podcast but I really feel like gratitude is a habit that can lay the groundwork for many of your other habits so let’s dig back into it.
