In episode 116, I share 5 habits for these strange days that may help you feel calmer and more in control in uncertain times.  

You can use this clean slate of September and that ‘Back to School’ feeling to incorporate some of these habits which will also help you to feel calmer as you navigate the uncertainty around ‘Back to School’ time.  I see the irony here but this is where we are at in 2020.
