Habits For Relationships – 086

In episode 86, we are exploring habits for relationships since Valentine’s Day is this week. We want to share some habits that we think can be helpful to connect with your sweetheart. (and btw, if you don’t have a sweetheart this valentine’s day….many of these habits are great for friends, family and maybe even coworkers; anyone that you like and want to build a more solid relationship with.

In Ooh Me Likey, I’m into green breakfast food and Jenny is into a show on Netflix that will have you cheering for cheerleaders.

In you Win or You Learn: My win is related to something I finally check off my list from last year… and Jenny’s learn is related to her prior win about her meditation streak for the month of January.
