FAQs

Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about how my office works:

  • Treatments are By Appointment Only. Do Not walk in or drop by unannounced. Same day appointments are not available.
  • I’m very part time now and so it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to get a new patient into my schedule.
  • I have a very tight schedule so please arrive on time or a few minutes early to each appointment. A text is appreciated if you are running late so I can let you know if we will need to reschedule. (519-808-9341)
  • If we are working on your hips, knees, ankles, or feet, please wear or bring shorts.  If you need to change, please arrive a few minutes early to change in the clinic washroom.
  • Free Parking is available in a large parking lot behind the clinic.
  • 24 hr notice is required for appointments that have to be canceled or rescheduled. The full fee will be billed if notice is not given. (the exception to this rule is if you have symptoms of an upper respiratory illness or you feel like you are coming down with something, please text me to reschedule your appointment and the fee will be waived)
  • Payments accepted in cash, cheque (bounced cheque fee $50), and E-transfer only in the office. You can pre-pay for your appointment with your credit card through PayPal here.
  • At this time I am unable to accept motor vehicle accident insurance or workers compensation claims.
  • Direct billing is unavailable. You will receive an official receipt for insurance or tax purposes and are responsible for your own submission.
  • Please do not bring food or beverages to the office so as to avoid potential mess and allergic reactions.
  • Our compact office does not have a playroom nor do we have staff to monitor children. Well behaved children are welcome.
  • My goal is to provide a calm, pleasant and efficient office environment.
