Fall Back Into a Good Health Routine

By: Dr. Peggy Malone

As of 5:30am this morning, I was up and moving, on my way to Irvine California for an awesome conference!

I’m headed to Chalene Johnson’s Video Impact Academy and I’m super excited! It's going to be soooo good!

For those of you who don’t know her, Chalene is a force in the fitness world and she is also a superstar marketer.

She has the number one infomercial in the world and is one superfit, amazing lady!

She will be sharing her knowledge and expertise this weekend on making and sharing videos and I’m hoping to learn tonnes so that I’ll be better prepared to share great information with you!

Here is a little video that I put together last night!  It will remind you that we are in the fall season which means it is time to get back into routine.

It’s also a really great time to get back into routine for your health and wellness.

If you are looking for some assistance in doing so, check out my 21 Day Challenge to Better Health and Wellness.

Let’s take a journey toward better health together!

I’ll be sharing my experiences and what I’m learning in California over on my Facebook page and on Twitter through this weekend so come over and say hi and check in over the next few days

Have a great weekend!

Peggy
