Dr. Peggy’s Kick Ass Asian Salad Dressing
By: Dr. Peggy Malone
Most prepared salad dressings are filled with bad stuff like soybean oil, canola oil, artificial flavours and so much sugar!!!
I did some experimenting this past weekend and came up with this Asian Salad Dressing that tastes great and is filled with great healthy ingredients!
John and I have had it on salad, on stir frys and we are going to try it as a marinade as well. It’s delicious!!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsps sesame oil
- 2 tbsps raw honey
- 2 tbsps minced fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Directions
Mix ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well. You may have to run the jar under hot water for a minute to dissolve the honey. Store the Asian Salad Dressing covered in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!

I found this dressing tonight (2/24/14) by luck as I was looking for a healthy dressing to go with my marinated/seared Ahi Tuna for dinner. It was FANTASTIC!!! It can be used as both dressing & marinade. Again…FANTASTIC!!!
Awesome Cindy! Glad you enjoyed it 🙂 I love it too!!
