Discipline Equals Freedom – 113
Episode 113 of The Improvement Project is the seventh episode of our “Summer Shorts” shorter summer episodes.
Today we discuss the concept that discipline equals freedom. That statement feels counterintuitive and it feels like it doesn’t match somehow but Jenny and I dig into why being more disciplined in any of your habits will ultimately lead to freedom.
And as always for our summer shorts episodes, you’ll also get to hear my husband John’s voice as he helps us out with our intro.
