Key Quotes:
“Despite a rocky start, I’m doing well. I think between getting my expectations in check for how much exercise I would commit to and the act of physically just getting started, I am now feeling the momentum, and it’s starting to feel like a regular part of my routine”. – Jenny discussing her new exercise routine
“I definitely want to win but not at the expense of others. As I’ve gotten older, competition, especially as it relates to big life goals, matters less to me. I’m more interested in getting to the arbitrary (of sorts) finish line that I’ve created for myself and I’m less interested in what others are doing”. -Peggy discusses how competition fits into her life.
