COVID-19 Office Updates and Information


Hello everyone!

Here are the updated guidelines and instructions for my office that we will both have to follow for everyone’s safety in the time of COVID

Even as restrictions have lessened, in my office we continue to strive for an increased sanitized and “touchless experience”.  Expect me to open the door for you and wipe down everything before and after your visit.

Some of the key highlights include:

-The absence of waiting room chairs to minimize the number of people in the clinic at any one time.
-Patients are asked to stay in their vehicles and will be invited into the office individually
-All patients will be required to wear a mask or face covering.
-My goal is to minimize the number of touch points patients have to contact during the office visit to just the office doors, treatment table and a pen. All patient contact surfaces as well as treatment tools are disinfected before and after use.
-Only Health Canada approved disinfectants and sanitizers are used.
-Please avoid the office washroom unless absolutely necessary.
-Please do not arrive to the clinic unannounced. The office door will be locked in between patients.
-Advanced online payment is encouraged and preferred. Current options are e-transfer to and Credit Card through PayPal
-Email receipts will be sent after treatment.

On the day of your Appointment
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

When you arrive in the parking lot at the office, please stay outside in your car and send me a text message to 519-808-9341 to let me know you have arrived.

Active Screening
Active screening is no longer required at this time but I will ask you to do a self screen on the day of your appointment.  If you have any symptoms of an upper respiratory illness, please text me to reschedule your appointment.

Please note that I may be wrapping up with the patient before you and then I’ll be wiping down my chiropractic table and all high touch surfaces before I invite you to come in.

Wear a Mask
In order to receive treatment, you will be required to wear a mask and keep it on for your entire visit.  If you don’t have a mask, I will have disposable paper masks available for the appointment.

I will also be wearing a mask (medical grade KN95 mask)

Maintain a 2 metre physical distance whenever possible

This means that if you normally come into the office with your spouse or family members, you’ll have to come in individually and have other family members wait in the car.  (unless you are accompanying a small child or someone who needs assistance)

Use the provided hand sanitizer on your hands as you enter the clinic.

I will wash my hands or use hand sanitizer before and after your treatment and I will wipe down and disinfect the chiropractic table and all high touch surfaces before each patient visit.

If at all possible, please use the washroom at home before you visit the clinic as each use requires cleaning and disinfection which takes up precious time in the office.


Advance online payment is encouraged and preferred.

These measures will prevent unnecessary contact.

Also please note that payment is due at or before the time of service.

Any appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee. (unless you are cancelling or rescheduling because you are sick…I would rather you cancel last minute than come to the office with symptoms.  In these cases, the fee will be waived)

For the safety of everyone, if you have any signs of illness or feel like you “might be coming down with something”, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another waiting patient.

Also know that Health Practitioners are required to self screen before coming to work. I will be reaching out to cancel should I experience any illness symptoms.***
