How to find Tommy on the socials:
“Being healthy is an abnormal state and the reason why is because the healthy choice is always going to be the most difficult choice for a human to make.” – Tommy Caldwell
“Every adult human being is susceptible to some sort of negative emotions, thoughts and feelings and those are usually the things that drive us to self medicate with food, laziness, lethargy, technological distraction and all these sorts of things that as modern human beings we suffer from. Understanding the problem is the most important thing and you can only do that by actively thinking when you eat food and understanding what’s the positive thing you are getting from it? Because you are getting something positive from it even though in the long run, it’s negative. In that moment you’re getting something out of that eventually consequential action. So what is that? Knowing that, understanding that, getting to the bottom of it at least allows you to begin solving that problem.” -Tommy Caldwell
“If you constantly expect yourself to succeed and you don’t let those little steps backward effect you….If you don’t give so much power to those handful of poor choices that you make, success is inevitable.” -Tommy Caldwell
