In Episode 124, you’ll hear me answering listener habits struggles that were shared in The Improvement Project Facebook group.

In this episode there were questions about after dinner snacking, consistency in waking up early and exercising, finding balance and managing time.

If you have a question about something, often other people do as well.  If you are struggling with a challenge, there are usually many who have gone before you with the same struggle.  I hope that sharing some of these challenges and struggles of your fellow listeners will help you on your path to better habits.  As you’ll discover, environment, consistency and accountability are often THE answers for many habits questions.
