It’s Time For Another Habits Challenge – 101

In Episode 101 we have decided that it’s time for another habits challenge.

When we began the podcast in 2018, we spent the first 50 episodes doing monthly habit related challenges. After that first year, we took a break from the challenges and ventured out into doing interviews with interesting people and explored a range of habit related topics. Most recently, we have been discussing the way in which the Covid-19 pandemic has been impacting our lives and habits.

Reaching 100 episodes of our podcast in the midst of this odd time has made us nostalgic for the ‘before times’, and frankly, we feel like we need some structure and feel ready to get ourselves sorted out. So, in that spirit, we have decided to kick it old school, and do a habit challenge for the month of June.

In ‘Ooh Me Likey’ Jenny is liking Tik Tok as it might help you get moving more and I’m loving John barbecuing me delicious food.

In ‘You Win or You Learn’ my win is related to participating in the internet and Jenny’s win is that she has gotten a head start on our June habits challenge.  My learn is about me attempting to participate in stories on Instagram and Facebook and Jenny’s learn is once again related to her battle with Diet Pepsi.
