I’m Dr. Peggy Malone and I’m on a mission to help women get intentional about their habits and routines in order to show up in the world as their best selves.
How did I get here you ask?
Well, I’ve been a business owner and healthcare provider for 18 years and I love taking care of my patients every day but a few years ago I realized that I was ready to try something different and make a bigger impact by sharing my experiences and knowledge online as well as one-on-one in my office.
I started on and off blogging about health and sports injuries in 2009. I was a dabbler. I never really committed to the process and I was never consistent or really all that passionate about writing about that subject matter (although you’ll still see some of those articles on this site if you’re interested)
During that time I also hosted the Rogers Television Show ‘Living Well’ where I interviewed local health experts and did my best to inspire people from all walks of life to take control of their wellbeing by taking responsibility for their health choices.
That was my first taste of talking to a larger audience and I loved it! I think that’s why I was drawn to the world of podcasting.
…Fast forward a few years.
I’ve been sharing my habits and intentional living adventures on The Improvement Project podcast every week since June of 2018 with my co-host and accountability partner Jenny. Check out the podcast here.
Even after all these experiences, I never really believed that I’d build a sustainable business online and become a digital nomad even when I was slowly falling out of love with my day job and itching to do something different and so…


...I remained stuck in an in-between place and kept telling myself I would get to that….someday.

Well, the someday that I was waiting for showed up in a HUGE way in March of 2020 when the universe gave me the big sign that I needed to move forward with my online business.
That sign of course was the global pandemic which prevented me from working my day job and taking care of my patients and since I was at home with some time on my hands, I took advantage of an opportunity to really jump in and get after it!!
The consistency of the podcast was a comfort during the unknowns of the lockdown and it was a great jumping off place for me to really get intentional about sharing what I know about habits and routines so that you too can move your life forward and be your best self.
