In Episode 133, special guest Jayme Henderson returns to the podcast for the first episode of a brand new year. She and I share our 21 for 2021 goals. We also share our respective words for 2021

The current lockdown and Covid restrictions have made for a few more challenges for my disciplined accountability partner Jenny so she’s taking a step back and focusing there for the next while. 

As a result, my friend Jayme subbed in for this episode! You may remember Jayme from Episode 89 where we discussed her business GUTSY and then she joined me again a few weeks ago on episode 125 where we discussed Time Blocking.

Jayme Henderson is a Registered Massage Therapist and Yoga teacher from Barrie Ontario who is also the owner and creator of 2 other businesses.
