Looking Back at 100 Episodes of The Improvement Project Podcast – 100

Its time to look back and celebrate 100 episodes of the Improvement Project podcast!   Can you believe it?!!  We are so excited to see the number 100 show up and we are so grateful for you listening and supporting us through the last 100 episodes! Thank you!

We are going to take a look back at our first 100 episodes and review where we were, and how far we’ve come. We are going to check in on the habits we’ve taken on and perhaps ones that got left behind after we took them for a test drive.

You’ll hear our favourite episodes or challenges and you’ll also hear some amazingly kind words from some of our listeners.

In ‘Ooh Me Likey’, this week we take a look back at some of our favourite ‘What Are You Diggin’ or ‘Ooh Me Likey”  moments over the last 100 episodes of The Improvement Project podcast.

In ‘You Win or You Learn’, we share what our biggest wins and learns have been as we have embarked on this journey to 100 episodes
