Some ways to make things run smoother and more pleasant:

  • Treatments are By Appointment Only. Do Not walk in or drop by unannounced. Same day appointments are not guaranteed.
  • Please arrive 15 min prior to appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork. This helps to ensure I will see you on time and keep the day moving along as scheduled. Plus it respects mine, and all the other patients’ time too. Those who own a printer and have printed and filled in the forms beforehand do not need to arrive early.
  • Free Parking is available in a large parking lot behind the clinic.
  • I appreciate 24 hr notice for appointments that have to be canceled. Also appreciated is a donation to the food bank in lieu of a cancellation fee. Missed 2 appointments or more (gasp!), and we’ll need to talk.
  • Payments accepted in cash, cheque (bounced cheque fee $50), and credit card only.
  • At this time I am unable to accept motor vehicle insurance or workers compensation claims.
  • Direct billing is unavailable. You will receive an official receipt for insurance or tax purposes and are responsible for your own submission.
  • Please do not bring food or beverages to the office so as to avoid potential mess and allergic reactions.
  • Please turn off cell phone rings and video game sound as they are disruptive to the people around you and to me.
  • Strong perfume is discouraged as many patients have allergic sensitivies.
  • Our compact office does not have a playroom nor do we have staff to monitor children. Well behaved children are welcome.
  • We do not have handicapped parking or close car assess to our entrance and there is one step at the entrance.
  • My goal is to provide a calm, pleasant and efficient office environment.
